Why did Hitler hate everyone not Aryan?

I think Hitler hated everyone except Aryan because according to him they were master race. He thought that the world had to be governed by one man. And he believed that the world will be better place to live if everyone is Aryan. Because of Hitler millions of Jews were cruelly killed in concentration camps. His name is now used to describe someone who uses their authority in a cruel or unfair way, or someone who wants to control everything.

What defines a European? Why is John Atanasov more or less or the same amount of European than Andrew Quinn?

In dictionary writes that European means a person of the continent of Europe or of the European Union. John Atanasov had a Bulgarian father and a French-Irish mother. And Andrew Quinn’s grand grandparents were from Europe .But I think that Andrew Quinn is less European than John Atanasov because he was born in Texas, USA and although he live in Europe, Texas is his motherland.I was born in Germany but my motherland is Bulgaria because I grow up here and my friends and families are here.
